PRECISE CRAFTSMANSHIP: By employing precise in-house manufacturing and technologies such as thixomolding and horizontal machining, Crest components are perfectly round and concentric, enabling nearly instant movement. Moreover, the high precision applied in the production of Crest components ensures smooth operation and provides a smooth feeling similar to that found in much more expensive forks.

ROBUSTNESS: To achieve an excellent mountain biking experience, the fork needs to be perfectly tuned. If it is overly stiff, the rider will have poorer control and fatigue faster. On the other hand, if it is too loose, the rider may lose control with potentially serious consequences. Thanks to Giant's "core stiffness chassis" and track-adapted fork anatomy, it is possible to precisely adjust the desired stiffness and strength, resulting in a comfortable and secure ride.

SENSITIVITY: Developing a fork designed for all riders, the main focus was on a wide range of easily adjustable settings for air springs and external dampers (rebound) at low speeds. Through extensive testing, including professional and beginner riders, we have ensured that the air spring and dampers on the new Crest can be easily adjusted to match the sensitivity with different rider demands, riding styles, and terrains.

TAKE CONTROL: The all-new Crest 34 brings cutting-edge features and top performance to a wide range of riders. It features a 34mm stanchion chassis designed to balance stiffness, lightweight, and strength. The Crest 34 has a damper with low-speed compression adjustment and a wide range of rebound adjustments, which helps all riders find optimal settings. Sleek and precise, the Crest 34 makes premium suspension accessible to everyone.

HIGHLIGHTED FUNDAMENTAL HEADSET STIFFNESS: For better bike control, stronger upper parts directly transmit force from the fork to the wheel. Crest has a robust steerer housing and crown made from high-quality alloy to ensure optimal chassis stiffness and wheel control.

DESIGNED WITH TRAIL PHILOSOPHY: Crest is designed with a dynamic riding philosophy, with specific material distribution around the crown, upper and lower fork legs, and hollow bridge. This creates a perfect balance of stiffness, weight, and strength.

THIXOMOLDING TECHNOLOGY: Thixomolding is a casting technique with precise temperature control that enables the creation of extremely strong components that are simultaneously lighter than similar components made with traditional casting. By using this technology, an excellent strength-to-weight ratio is achieved, with very tight tolerances in the production of the lower part of the Crest fork.
