Description

Giant The Talon 29 0 is an aluminum hardtail mountain bicycle designed to help you develop your MTB skills. The redesigned frame is lighter and more durable, while the smooth-riding suspension fork, thru-axle hubs, and 1x drivetrain let you tackle the trails with greater confidence.

Modern MTB design

A tapered fork steerer tube, high-quality components—including a single-chainring drivetrain and a rear derailleur with a clutch, thru-axle hubs, internal cable routing, and integrated chainstay protection—provide you with a solid foundation for making progress on the trails. The frame also allows for internal routing of a dropper seatpost.

Control on the Trail

The new geometry is optimized for confident trail riding and uses two different wheel sizes— 27.5 or 29 inches—depending on the frame size. The geometry is designed for front suspension with 80 or 100 mm of travel, depending on the frame size. All models accommodate tires up to 2.4" wide for better traction on technical terrain.

Lightweight and durable

The all-new ALUXX aluminum frame features an updated tube design and lower overall weight for better off-road performance.
